Welcome to The Reluctant Affiliate! Being in what some call “mid-life” is an exciting time for me! I don’t believe life is half over at forty…in many ways, it is simply the beginning of a new chapter.
My Story
I love writing and researching and learning. I have written personal blogs at different times of my life as a way to connect with others, but also to encourage others in their journeys!
I have been researching ways to make money online for years, but with people out of work and looking for alternative income, I decided this was a great time to put my research, opinions and perspectives out there in the form of a blog.
Why brand myself as The Reluctant Affiliate? Because I knew I could make money being an affiliate marketer, but I was worried I wouldn’t find clear, transparent, and trustworthy products to promote!
Thankfully I found out that there are good brands out there that I can feel good about recommending to others. And I never recommend a brand that I would not use myself!
WHY I WANT TO HELP YOU
There is no greater time to be earning a living online. As we have all seen over the last several years, life can change quickly. Even with a full time job, people are having a hard time paying their bills as everything costs so much more than even 5 years ago!
The income potential in affiliate marketing is huge! Whether as a side income or full time, I want to help you see your options outside of the regular 9-5 daily grind, or even earn that extra money to be able to afford regular household needs.
